Piscopo

Philip J. Piscopo has been with the firm for over 25 years. While he especially enjoys taking on appeals, he also maintains an extensive trial court practice. Philip also handles transactional matters and helps clients form and maintain corporations, LLCs, and other entities. His litigation experience helps him spot issues in his transactions before they turn into expensive court battles. Before joining our firm, Philip served as a staff attorney to the judges of the Kane County Circuit Court in criminal, family and civil matters.
